Job for Local Telecom Regional Sales Manager || COLOMBIA

A successful global telecom company is looking for Regional Sales Manager (Broadband Wireless / Microwave) in Colombia.

Job Description: 
• Lead sales and business development efforts aimed at reaching ambitious sales targets for the territory. 
• Develop partners and sales channels, create loyalty to the company brand. 
• Develop opportunities with end-users (Telco, mobile, ISPs, government, enterprise) and the channels 
• The position requires traveling in the region. The territory may be extended based on capacity and results of the candidate. 
• The candidate will report to GM CALA.

Preferred profile: 
• Sales oriented, focused on reaching his sales target 
• Experienced in sales and business development 
• Experienced in channel management 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Telecom, preferably in Wireless or Microwave. Excellent familiarity with the telecom market players and its executives. 
• Working experience in a global company is preferred. 
• Highly motivated and dynamic character 
• Impressive presentation and management skills. 
• Hard worker, team player 
• Excellent Spanish and English.
