Location: This is a fulltime position at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden. 

Candidates with EU work permits ONLY.

This person will lead the pre-studies and pre-development of base-stationand be responsible for the competitiveness of base-station architecture as well as interpreting market requirements and defining product requirements. The position will also include responsibility defining BTS platform and product architectures and making cost/performance evaluations.

Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have at least 15 years experience from the
Wireless and Telecom business with minimum 5 years as manager. A deep understanding of mobile access standards of today and for the future is required.
A Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background is required.
Skills requirements
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
