Essential: 
• knowledge of voice services in GSM mobile telecom networks. Protocols (SS7, ISUP, CAMEL, MAP). 
• Good communication skills and adaptability to work in multi-cultural environment as part of international teams. 
• Must be comfortable with customer interactions (technical -, mid-management level). 
• Must have Telecom Support experience (3+ years) 
Desirable 
• Understand technical network of telecom operators. 
• Experience in value added services, MNP number portability, roaming services in GSM mobile networks. 
• Experience: 2 to 5 years. 
• Education Level: Bachelors Degree (Electronics & Communication and Computer Science) via study or via work experience.
