Solid understanding of theoretical WCMA technology including detailed knowledge on the Radio Access Network
Over 5 years experience working on WCDMA optimization projects, including HSPA optimization.
Demonstrated ability in optimizing air interface capacity and performance of multi-carrier networks.
Excellent knowledge of Ericsson NW radio functionality and features
Ability to use SQL to extract counter data
Ability to program post processing utilities as required.
Good understanding and previous use of Ericsson radio performance measurement functions (eg, GPEH,UETR, CTR)
