Project Manager should have experience of 4 yrs minimum
Consultant Functional Role
· The candidates need to know that they may work in any state of Mexico.
· Estimated period of assignment will be 3 months; however Ericsson can modify without responsibility the period according to the project development and customer needs, so is important that the agency take this information as a forecast.
Role: Proposal/Negotiation Support/Planning Phase
· Assist the sales responsible in defining the Contract scope and deliverables
· Assist the sales responsible in negotiations with the customer on delivery issues
· Ensure that delivery requirements are adequately reflected in the Contract and pricing
· Define project organization and resource requirements
· Prepare resource and time plans for delivery
· Define the role and responsibilities of sub-contractors in the project
· Assist in setting-up a contract with sub-contractors, if required
Establishment and Preliminary Realization Phases
· Adapt service delivery processes and methods to meet specific customer and project requirements defined in the Contract
· Obtain agreement with the customer on:
· Audit Parameters & Data Sources
· Drive Test Methods & Calibration
· Analysis Input Interfaces
· Report Formats & Content
· Ensure tools are set-up to accommodate agreed interfaces etc.
· Set-up delivery processes
· Ensure adequate people and tools resources are in place
· Define training requirements and ensure initial training provided
Other Service Delivery Phases
· Manage the delivery of the project to the Customer, reporting to:
· The Customer on deliverables and progress.
· To the Ericsson Sponsor on costs and progress.
· Ensure competency transfer (where required) and training is provided and effective
· Prepare Management reports at the end of each delivery phase
· Ensure the customer signs Final Acceptance.
· Responsible for the overall and technical quality of reports and presentations for the project
