Need for 6 RF Engineers minimum of 1 year experience in wireless technology, RF optimization, tuning or data collection in the field - Engineer must have experience of adding/deleting neighbors to cell sites, working knowledge of LAC/SAC/RAC and UARFCN assignments in UMTS technology.
20 Ericsson RAN Engineers
10 UMTS Optimization NPI RF Engineers should have extensive years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 years should be in UMTS NPI Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL) Experience optimizing network using statistics Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.)
10 RF Inbuilding Engineer. RF UMTS design engineering experience commensurate with job level. Design experience to include planning, simulation, and analysis in Atoll leading to and including preparation of AT&T RF Data Sheet (RFDS) is required. Experience design for Ericsson eNodeB is needed and experience interfacing Ericsson equipment to DAS systems is desired. Knowledge of AT&T specific work flow tools IWOS, PRT, and CSS is preferred but not required.
