Job 1:
Position Name: UMTS System / Customer Support Engineer

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year
Degree: Degree required. At least a Bachelor in related fields
Scope of Work:
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Experience doing network troubleshooting
• UMTS/GSM
• UTRAN
• VoIP
• Oracle - experience doing SQL queries
• Comfortable working in a UNIX environment - editing scripts and FTPing files
• Must have bachelors degree
• Former developers with Oracle have been successful.
Job 2:
Position Name: UMTS System / Customer Support Engineer
Start Date: Feb 2011

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 a year
Degree: Degree required. At least a Bachelor in related fields
Scope of Work:
• This position looks like the Customer Support Engineer.
• Must have a 4 year degree -
• Mid level with 3-5 years experience.
• Comfortable in a UNIX environment.
• Candidates should have experience in a customer support role - customer facing.
• Some troubleshoot experience.
• Candidates could have experience from either a carrier or major OEM (E, ALU, Nortel, NSN).
• Protocol knowledge valuable but will train.
