Vacancy: Program Manager - Wireless Test Equipment. Bay Area Location

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, successful, pre-IPO company that is providing leading edge solutions for wireless device test. 
Responsibilities: 
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements 
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope 
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer 
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures 
• Ensures project is properly resourced and identifies any open needs 
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately 
• Facilitates team meetings effectively 
• Holds regular status meetings with project team 
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors 
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion 
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully 
• Possesses general understanding in the areas of wireless test, hardware and software development 
• Understands how products are commercialized. 
Required Experience: 
• 3+ years experience performing technical program management of complex development projects that include software development 
• Experience using project management tools 
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a variety of personnel and cultures 
• Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.
