Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate comes with excellent knowledge and interest of Wireless and RF technologies.
Position reports into a newly created “technology solutions group”.
• This group provides all of the technical solutions required for effective product launch, build, and sustaining processes.
• Group develops RF module and system level test and manufacturing solutions.
• Gets involved in early R&D phase to capture required knowledge while helping new product development.
• Provides technical leadership in resolving complex systems level issues during and after the design phase.
• This position acts as the RF Champion within the Mfg. Technology Group for all operational requirements.
• Develops RF Module and System level Test Strategies, works with test developers to ensure effective verification and implementation in concert with the new product release time lines.
• Develop requirements, Test, Monitor, and drive corrections for Systems RF Characteristics improvements during the product design cycle.
Required Experience:
• BSEE required, MSEE a plus
• 5-10 years of RF Design and or serious failure analysis experience.
• Able to spot, lead, and drive opportunities to closure.
• Connectivity and Cellular test system knowledge is highly desirable.
• Connectivity and Cellular application knowledge is highly desirable.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities required.
