The role: You will be responsible for:
•Provide business and technical solution expertise while assisting the sales team to formulate the best cost effective business-technical solutions for our BSS and OSS product opportunities.
•Work very closely with the Sales Director, Customer Business Executive (CBE), Products Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architect as well as other internal matrix teams in developing, proactively engaging-in and winning new business opportunities within the CALA region.
•Cover both the customer facing activities while working closely with the sales director as well as the back-office work (RFI/P response as well as unsolicited proposals) as part of a wide global presales team who is supporting the CALA region.
•Lead a dedicated group of multi-disciplined experts covering all functional, technical, implementation and integration training, hardware and third-party software, marketing, legal and commercial aspect domains.
•Articulate clearly the benefits of the Company business value proposition to senior decision-makers within the customers and prospects.
•Assist the Local Sales team in developing and delivering customer focused presentations and demonstrations on the proposed BSS-OSS solution set (products and services) as they apply to the customer’s/prospect’s problems and needs
•Design, verify and present BSS-OSS solutions, including advanced product concepts, future directions and complementary products/solutions where appropriate.
•Assist in the requirements definition and formulation of any customer proof of concept projects and maintain broad awareness of The Company wider portfolio to drive greater penetration within the account for other Company’s solutions where appropriate.
Requirements: •3+ years experience in Telecom BSS (CRM, Billing, etc.) / OSS Products / Projects
•3+ years in a customer facing role or with customer facing responsibilities
•Excellent presentation and formal writing skills
•Telecom market-place knowledge and experience
•Fully bilingual in Spanish/English Preferences: •Employee should have experience working in multi-cultural, international organizations.
•Employee should be able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
•Employee should be comfortable with exposure to varying management levels, internally and externally.
