Experience with AAA: Radius/Diameter/PKM/EAP protocols
Experience with IP QoS, End-to-End QoS and traffic shaping, preferably in wireless networks
Experience with COPS as well as 3GPP/IETF QoS related protocols
Experience with security/encryption in IP networks
Experience with TEK/AES/X.509 digital certificates
Experience with IP mobility and Expertise in Mobile IP
Experience with SIP/RTP/RTCP/TCP/UDP/IP/IPv6/IPsec/L2TP/PPP
Experience with VoIP networks
Experience with ISP architectures including e-mail, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, etc
Experience with Emergency networks and CELEA
Experience with design and development of protocols
Experience with System level simulations
Experience with System performance analysis
Experience with network performance analysis and optimization
Ability to translate standards into product requirement
Ability to convert customer requirements into high level system level design
Ability to troubleshoot problems in inter-operability of various network elements
General Qualifications
OFDMA or CDMA, LTE, IMS background required
Physical Layer knowledge is desired
Experience with C/C++ development
Experience with protocol analyzers
3GPP & 3GPP2 Understanding
Experience in network performance optimization
Ability to provide technical direction to other Engineers
Ability to work and communicate with a broad set of team members of varying knowledge base
Ability to travel sporadically during the project
MS/BS EE or CS with minimum of 10 years of experience in wireless infrastructure is required
