Manual Planning of Primary Scrambling Code
Manual Planning of UTRAN and IRAT Neighbours
Familiar with MCOM (Ericsson tool used for UTRAN Neighbour planning)
Proper understanding of Ec/No, which is one metric the UE would measure and report back to the RNC for cell selection and re-selection.
Decisive on antenna heights above clutter.
Extensive knowledge on Mapinfo; e.g.. creating clusters and drive routes
Real understanding of second carrier planning for expansion.
A Bonus:Some Winfiol or moshell experience to extract network data relating to RF Planning, e.g. IRAT parameters and Channel Element Utilisation to cater for Expansion.
Good understanding of 3G and HSDPA/EUL
TEMS investigation drive test analaysis Must have good knowledge with SecureCRT, MOSHELL, Command Prompts,OSS,
Strong Knowledge of Ericsson P6 packages (Counters and Parameters)
Experience in using (MCOM, MapInfo, NeXplorer, TEMS Investigation, TEMS Route Analysis, WNCS, WMRR)
Good knowledge with the use of MS office,Mapinfo, TCPU (Tems cell planner universal), Drive test analysis and TEMS investigation drive test analaysis Must have good knowledge with SecureCRT, MOSHELL, Command Prompts,OSS, Nexplorer
