Must be solid in UMTS with strong telecom experience and knowledge of Down tilts using the Andrews light system software and Smart bias . Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Able to speak, read and write in English language. Able to read blueprints/floor plan. Able to read simple mechanical electrical MOPS, IMs and instructions. Able to climb a ladder and work in high places. Able to lift 50 pounds. CPR First Aid certified. Measure and mark floors, position and assemble iron work and cable rack. Drill floors, install raised floors, install anchors, level, align and secure equipment including earthquake requirement. Stenciling and designation of equipment. Know procedures of working around and on T-mobile equipment.
