Job for Sales Director – China

Location: Shanghai

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, successful, pre-IPO company that is providing leading edge solutions for wireless device test. 
Responsibilities: 
· Work closely with the Greater China Regional GM and the Director of Worldwide Sales in developing a regional business plan 
· Develop sales goals, strategies/tactics to achieve company goals and objectives 
· Direct sales planning; competitive analysis of products, selling strategies for key accounts and regional areas with team 
· Lead and manage the direct and distributor sales channel in China 
· Develop relationships with customer management 
· Define quotas, manage sales budget and manage forecast 
· Drive and motivate sales channels to optimize business generation 
· Collaborate with other regions on global business and account strategies 
· Negotiate contracts. 
Required Experience: · BSEE required 
· 5+ years of experience managing sales teams 
· 5-10 years of sales experience 
· Ability to lead and manage direct sales and distributors 
· Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills 
· Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English 
· Experience in test and measurement or contract manufacturing 
· Knowledge of the RF PHY requirements for the following wireless communications standards: 
• WLAN/Bluetooth/GPS/FM/NFC 
• Cellular GSM/GPRS/EDGE, EVDO/HSDPA, LTE
