Responsibility: BSS Strategy Development in CEE & Nordic
• Evaluation of general trends in BSS services marketing as well as applications & technology with potential impact on Huawei Software’s BSS solution portfolio.
• Identification of arising short-term, tactical as well as long-term, strategic business opportunities for BSS.
BSS Product Management
• Sizing of identified BSS business opportunities and SWOT analysis.
• Proposition design for the evolution.
• Short term and midterm generic and customer specific Roadmap Planning.
BSS Marketing Management
• Definition and continuous update of internal and external marketing action plan
• Roadshows, Fairs, User Groups, Analysts.
• Demo Improvements.
• Marketing Material.
BSS Solution Sales Management
• Identification of suitable customer leads including proposals for the approach and presentation to customers, design of sales presentations and review of bid documents to clients, facilitation of meetings and presentations to customers, personal relationship management with clients.
• Set up of a sales forecast & control system for systematic sales monitoring and reporting (sales targets, achievements against target, opportunity and client long & short listing, client status, pre-sales status, RfX status etc.).
Scope of Work:
1. You are responsible for BSS solution development in defined key accounts within CEE & Nordic.
2. Provide pre-sales support in proposing and designing solutions to meet prospect/customers’ business and technical requirements.
3. Attend project bidding and contract negotiation, assist project operation and management, and accomplish the annual sale revenue and market target.
Qualifications:
1. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years telco business and 4 years experience in BSS technology, senior expert in BSS solution design and business development.
2. Good business relationship with telecom industry consultant, analyst institute.
3. Amdocs, Accenture, Ericsson, Nokia-Siemens, Alcatel-Lucent related working experience is prior and preferred.
