Job description:
• Part of VAS operations department
• Day to day routine and health checks of messaging systems.
• Alarm handling
• Configurations changes in messaging systems
• Escalation and communications to second line of support at emergency and system faults
• Generating performance statistical data
Requirements:
• Expertise of messaging platforms including Acision SMSC, Acision OMG, Acision GBG, Acision BT & other related equipments or HP (Tekelec) SMSC
• Integration & commissioning of Acision SMSC or HP SMSC
• GT implementation, NDC change over & MNP implementation of SMSC network
• Troubleshooting of SS7, SMPP, UCP & various TCP IP protocols
• Handling of Logica Anti Spam (Openmind)
