Primary Area of Expertise = 3G Radio optimization & tuning Secondary Area of Expertise = 3G Radio Network Design Special Requirement - Language/Tools = Own Laptop Hub = BTZ Detail Role Description = Radio network tuning and optimization engineer with experience on 3G UMTs 900MHz (Initially for one month but duration is likely to be extended) The sites are co-located with 2G 900Mhz sites.
Scope of includes:
Verifying installed antenna azimuth/elevations etc are as per design Carrying out drive test and analysis Monitoring of KPIs, identifying possible problems,and taking corrective action
The engineer should have:
Knowledge of WCDMA performance management and optimization Knowledge of E/// OSS optimization tool CTR & UETR Knowledge of KPIs, counters, parameters & tools WHT % = Budget Restrictions = none.
