Responsibilities:
• Creating Work Orders that enable Data builds for Core network products, in particular MSS, HLRi, and SRRi, enabling Business as usual data changes
• Creation, tracking, and maintenance of IREG Test schedules
• Liaise with Network Operations and others to ensure delivery of Services
• Acceptance Testing and verification
• Troubleshooting the end to end delivery
• Input to Design and Implementation about process requirements and changes to improve group efficiency
Requirements:
• Essential is the ability to use a variety of PC applications, including inputting data to spreadsheets and databases, accuracy is another essential requirement
• Knowledge of 2G and or 3G provisioning, Core Networks, Use of PC suite, Traffica and various PC applications
• A minimum 1 years experience in a similar role or in an Operational, or Data Management Role would be beneficial
• a Degree level education is essential
• Confident and motivated
• Very good communicator, verbally and written
• Quick learner
• Able to act on own initiative
• Strong team player
• Customer services/ service desk background
• Fault/incident management background
• Service management experience
• Mobile telecommunications knowledge
• Good knowledge of mobile handsets and 3g services
• Must be CRB police checked and credit reference checked
