Telecom Job Vacancy: Data Entry Operator || UK

Location: UK 
Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 3 months (extendable)


Must be eligible to work in UK

Responsibilities
• The Data Entry Operator role will involve moving data from a customer system to the company system using a trouble ticketing system 
• Once the data has been transferred, troubleshooting and data integrity checks using internal tools/applications will need to be completed by the Data Entry Operator before assigning the ticket to a resolving agent 
• The Data Entry Operator is expected to manage the tickets from start to finish 
• Managing and responding to E-Mail and Telephone calls from dispatch planners / management 
• The ability to work as part of a small night shift team and integrate to a larger team during core hours


Requirements:
• Attention to detail 
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook 
• Flexible to work any shift 
• Data Entry and possibly Service Desk/Help desk exposure/experience 
• Experience of Remedy (optional) 
• Clear communication skills and are confident to work under pressure ensuring that processes are followed correctly 
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic organisation and to adhere to tight deadlines 
• Good customer service and communication skills 
• A 'can do' attitude is necessary
