Job description:
• Propose and assist the project team in establishing systems and procedures/processes to monitor Client/Customers including subcontractor’s activities during the implementation stage and prevent the cause for delays involving additional costs, introduction of variation orders (VO) etc
• Propose and assist the project team in setting up projects control systems and processes, not limited to project organization and responsibility, the system of schedule control, cost control, quality control, documentation control , change order control, the procedure for running project business with Client and Subcontractors
• Preventive Maintenance (system health check, system performance check)
• Complete all maintenance & engineering tasks according to the contract with clients including providing relevant consultant on VAS system
• Prepare master schedule and change control plan and update regularly
• Review daily report on site progress issues, cost and potential risks, and provide weekly and monthly status reports to senior management on the overall project rollout
• Deal with unforeseen coordination problems that may arise
Requirements:
• 3 years or above VAS(consumer) maintenance & engineering experience
• Well Known on VAS production
• 3 years or above telecommunication software industry experience
• Good communications skill
• Good business analyze ability on telecommunication software industry
• Fluent in English, Chinese speakers also will be preferred
