Location: Middle East 
Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 12 Months (extendable)


Responsibilities:
• KPI Monitoring and Improvement 
• Give technical guidance to project members 
• Technical consultation response to customers 
• Problem trouble shooting 
• Problem list summary 
• Parameters inconsistency audit Parameters inconsistency audit report 
• Capacity management Capacity analysis report with recommendation


Requirements:
• 5+ years GSM RNP/RNO experience 
• Knowledge about GSM theory and main features 
• Network KPI structure, and have rich experience to evaluate and improve network performance
• Know about major GSM algorithms and related parameters 
• Have the ability to handle VIP complaint on radio network side 
• Familiar with RNP/RNO tools, such as Actix and mapinfor 
• Good communication/presentation and team work ability
