Job description:
• Familiar with DBS3900&bsc/rnc6900 product character and maintenance
• Familiar with GSM or UMTS RNP&RNO theoretical knowledge
• Familiar with GSM or UMTS traffic counter analysis and KPI trouble shooting
• Familiar with GSM or umts MML COMMAND
• Have at least two GSM or UMTS RNP & RNO project experience
• Good English speaking
• Familiar with TEMS, Nemo or Probe/assistant software use
• Be capable to make the Drive test log analysis to find the cross feeder, interference, call Drop problems
• Be capable to make the DT analysis report
• Be capable to analysis the DT log file and give the optimization suggestion such as antenna bearing and downtilt tuning
