Job Description
• As part of the Delivery organization, the Delivery Program Director is responsible for providing overall project/program leadership, knowledge, and experience for client engagements focusing on OSS/BSS solutions
• As the Delivery Program Director, you will manage a team of project managers, engineers, developers, and architects to ensure seamless and collaborative implementations
Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage all aspects of implementations, including project resources, vendor resources, budget, project plans, scope, issues, and risks for multiple client engagements
• Create a team environment and act as point person to both internal management and client/external leadership for the overall project team
• Providing timely and accurate reporting of project status both internally and externally
• Manage and drive risk management, change management and issues resolution process, including escalation to the appropriate level
• Act as a key subject matter expert in the field of project and delivery management
• Ensure customer satisfaction, project implementation success, and value realization
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 10 years IT/Telecommunications Industry experience
• Strong Program Management, Project Management, and Technical Delivery experience required
• Strong Client Management experience at all levels is required
• Prior knowledge and successful experience delivering OSS/BSS technology solutions to all levels within an organization
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (major in Computing)
• Prior knowledge and experience with delivering solutions that consider system performance, usability, scalability, and overall operational/maintenance costs
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage third-party vendors contributing to the project
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working directly with both business and technical stakeholders

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• ITIL experience
• Strong business knowledge with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technology solutions
• This position requires up to 100% weekly travel to multiple client sites as needed.
