Job description:
• RNCs including all the IP sites on those RNCs will be touched by this project
• Implement QoS on WRAN
• Set correct DSCP to Pbit mapping
• Remove Qos for Dual stack
• Create new Qos for Dual stack and Single stack
• Set DSCP value for Nbap
• Restart RNC
• Set correct DSCP to Pbit mapping
• Set DSCP value for Nbap and Nodesync
• Restart Nodeb
