Job description:
• Configuration, integration, troubleshooting and customer support of existing solutions on a customer site or in a lab environment
• Technical coordination of integration and verification activities
• Perform customer support duties when required
• Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• 7 years Telecom or IT Industry Experience
• 5 years Systems Integration Experience
• Recognized as a leader in knowledge sharing communities
• Solution Integrator Senior certification a plus
• Proven track record with IT & Telecommunication Customers
• Prior experience of working with STC as a customer, a plus
• Installation and configuration of servers, routers, and switches highly desired
• Troubleshooting mindset required to investigate problems across multiple systems
• Impeccable communication skills in order to be able to participate and drive customer meetings, as well as develop solutions
• Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality
• Ability to examine situations from a highly analytical perspective
• Ability to take on a leadership role in a team environment
• Ability to understand specific needs in which to create or alter solutions
