Responsibilities:
• To design, develop, support and maintain the client Intranets, mobile site, and bespoke applications
• Discuss, evaluate and capture client requirements
• Attend customer meetings and responding to formal documents
• Produce specifications capturing customer requirements and based on user feedback and design concepts
• Communicate development based on client requirements and client reviews for mobile/web applications
• Work with clients on iterations of the enterprise-class web and/or mobile applications for company and client in collaboration with architects, designers and developers from other teams including client’s teams using appropriate solutions
• Present Design, Mood boards, Storyboards, Copy decks and other materials, as required, for customers to show the user interaction and user journey through web and/or mobile applications and to work with the clients on their iterations
• Maintain project and client’s documentation for all applications
• Maintain client’s documentation for applications as discussed and agreed during the requirements gathering, and following project lifecycle
• Deliver services within an application domain, including integration and configuration support in accordance with clearly defined specifications in the customer contract
• Act as client’s point of contact for all technical and non-technical queries, taking responsibility for design activities, estimation, quality artefacts and tracking progress as required
• Provide technical knowledge and input for presales activities
• To recognise potential sales opportunities and to communicate these to the appropriate internal teams
Requirements:
• PHP development and PHP frameworks
• Content Management Systems
• Development and build tools – SVN/Ant
• IDEs –Dreamweaver, Homesite or Eclipse
• JavaScript, XHTML, XSLT, XML, CSS, HTML, JQuery
• W3C Web Standards, Web Accessibility and Usability Standards
• Working knowledge of Agile project lifecycle methodologies (or equivalent)
• User Experience (UX), User Interface / Information Architecture (UI/IA)
• Simple graphic design (desirable)
• A strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design development and approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Very strong verbal and written skills providing effective communication and able to build strong professional relationships with both business and technical colleagues
• Open, friendly and flexible attitude, team player as well as some one that can work on their own
• Excellent time management and self-motivated
• Innovative, flexible and dynamic, with a strong business and customer focused approach
• Show initiative to lead improvements and drive a better working environment
• Dedicated to meeting goals and objectives of both the project and client requirements
• Very strong presentation skills
