Role Overview Support development, implementation and maintenance of the Group's global international carrier and roaming services strategy.
Core Responsibilities
• Support for introduction and maintenance of group-wide KPIs.
• Assist both the ICRS function and OpCos in preparation of financial analysis and monthly reporting with the help of available business intelligence tools
• Assist ICRS function and OpCos in analysing, maintaining and negotiating inter-carrier wholesale tariffs, discounted agreements and retail propositions.
• Assist ICRS function to coordinate group-level frame agreements and new product introductions.
• Assist with the preparation of annual roaming revenue forecasts, re-adjustments and product performance analysis centrally when required.
• Assist with the preparation of Business Cases, Project Plans, Launch and Operational Plans consistent with the applicable Corporate Governance.

Qualification and Experience Minimum Entry Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years telecom experience, including reasonably senior role in international carrier services / roaming, preferably including the MENA region.
• Previous position in carrier services / roaming in an international telecommunications company with mobile operations, preferably at the group level.
• University degree in Finance or IT.
• Direct and solid experience in international traffic agreements, settlement processes and analysis.

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
• Good knowledge of international telecom networks and international carriers, together with agreements for roaming and termination of international traffic.
• Strong knowledge of international network facilities and traffic clearing, reporting and settlement systems engineering, and systems management.
• Strong understanding of economic norms, trends and implications of international / roaming traffic, both voice and data.
• Good knowledge in finance and very strong analytical skills.
