Fusion Solutions Inc., a leading Telecom Consulting Service Company, is seeking experienced RAN Capacity Upgrade Project Managers. 
Job Information: 
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years project management experience with a strong background in Telecom Construction, good knowledge of telecom products, and a PMP Certification (or actively pursuing). 
Duties & Responsibilities: • Ongoing coordination between the Area Director and engineering group managers to set, track, and identify any risks or opportunities that will affect the market Goal Completion 
• Track monthly RAN Capacity reports issued by the regional staff and make determinations of what actions are needed in the market to meet capacity needs 
• Review the UMTS Master Site List sent out weekly 
• Act as the lead to identify site reviews, design walks, entitlement complete, construction walk, bid out, work schedule 
• Ensure all sites have appropriate documentation and materials closed out, scanned, and uploaded into database 
• Ensure data is entered into database, including projected and actual dates 
• Ensure documents are scanned and uploaded to the appropriate site in database 
• Coordinate the materials necessary for the market for RAN capacity work, ensure the market gets the construction materials ordered, delivered, out to contractors, installed and verified 
• Initiate and chair meetings as necessary to get the capacity work coordinated with each engineering group, get the work completed and reports updated 
• Create innovative solutions for challenges to getting the capacity needs met on the identified cell sites 
Database Management • Primary administrator for database on RAN capacity issues 
• Ensure work orders are entered into database for work needed and retrieve work orders assigned by others for RAN Capacity issues 
• Coordinate work to be done with relevant work orders 
• Update the SPOCCS/RAN Capacity tracker daily with correct dates and data 
• Update critical information and notes in data systems used by all markets and departments 
• Maintain all dates that show on weekly tracking report 
Purchase Orders/Budget • Track development Pos and budget issues per site 
• Ensure all work is commenced with the appropriate Pos in place to contractors and for all necessary materials 
• Ensure necessary materials are ordered, tracked, and received in a timely manner 
• Coordinate with regional and FSC warehouse staff as necessary 
Weekly Development Report • Gather weekly updates and compile into a single report for the market 
• Deliver report to Area Director and market engineering managers 
• Chair weekly cross-functional RAN Capacity meeting to coordinate work, get reports, and develop goals for the market 
Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years telecom construction and installation management experience 
• 5+ years construction/installation field operations 
• Good knowledge of telecom products 
• Knowledge in workers’ safety and work environment safety 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint) 
Education: • Bachelor of Science in CS, EE, or equivalent
