Fusion Solutions Inc., a leading Telecom Consulting Service Company, is seeking experienced RAN Capacity Upgrade Project Managers. 
Job Information: Successful candidates will have 7+ years experience in a business consumer marketing role with direct marketing experience in subscription based businesses. 
Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Model revenue and save impact based on key assumptions that can be validated through analytical team 
• Provide future recommendations to enhance future activitiy, evaluating potential impact through regular forecasting 
• Monthly re-forecasting of revenue targets 
• Justify all budget requests by populating financial models provided internally 
• Continue to manage overall execution budget throughout a calendar year, re-distributing where required and engaging all relevant Planning and Finance teams 
• Proactively and reactively incorporate all enterprise wide stakeholders when defining strategy 
• Identify opportunities to enhance all retention activity, contributing to any short term projects where applicable 
• Leverage all available customer and product data, quantitative and qualitative, to design a CRM program solely focused on generating incremental revenue from existing customer base 
• Design customer driven campaign plan, utilizing all CRM levers including customer segmentation modeling, BTL marketing communications, creative asset design, offer investment, and fulfillment channel selection 
• Establish standardized customer management communication rules with campaign execution partners and consistent messaging guidelines for all products and services being marketing to the customer base 

Skills & Qualifications: 
• 7+ years in business consumer marketing role with direct marketing experience in subscription based business 
• Strong financial reporting and analysis acumen 
• Experience working in an industry predominately focused on subscription based services 
• Ability to design sophisticated and robust marketing strategies based on sound theoretical principles 
• Comfortable interpreting complex analytical data and designing and managing detailed budgets and forecasts 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Autonomous with strong decision making abilities in a fast paced environment 
• Advanced understanding of commercial principles in order to develop and interpret business cases for programs 

Education: 
• Bachelor of Science in CS, EE, or equivalent
