Job for SMARTPHONE APPLICATION DEVELOPER || Egyptian only

An Egyptian leading company in the field of web development, creative design, mobile apps and internet marketing is seeking to hire an application developer engineer who can develop, deploy, launch and troubleshoot Smartphone applications (mainly iPhone, & Android platforms). The candidate should deliver high end products that match Egyptian & Arabic Smartphone users' requirements and expectations. The candidate will be responsible for coding, developing, and documenting software specifications, with keeping eye on project's compliance to the mobile platforms guidelines and standards, throughout the whole project life cycle.
Role Profile
As a Smartphone Application Developer, the successful candidate will work on the following areas: 
• Understand and verify the functional and business requirements of the mobile application project. 
• Be involved in developing estimates for the project. 
• Follow up full software development cycle (analysis, software design, database design, implementation, testing, deployment and documentation). 
• Understand and apply manufacturer's guidelines for each platform/device. 
• Test smart phone applications on mobile handheld devices, keeping an eye on application performance and stability. 
• Handle different types of bugs. 
• Periodically report project status to team leader. 
• Research continuously for new mobile technologies, tools and solutions.

Ø Education & Technical Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related discipline. 
• Minimum 0-2 years of mobile applications development experience. 
• Depth knowledge of Object Oriented Programming. 
• Awareness of Software development lifecycle. 
• Experience in at least one or more of the following mobile technologies: 
o iPhone (Objective C) + Mac OS X experience 
o Android (Java). 
• Depth knowledge of Database Management systems, MS SQL server is highly recommended. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft .NET web technologies and applications. 
• Knowledge of web services and XML. 
• Hands on web development technologies (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript)
