Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement business and market target on a specific product, make and supervise solution sales strategy;
2. Construct marketability of product and solution and present them to the global market.
3. Organize the global market analysis and promotion, manage market opportunity, develop the market plan and competition strategy.
4. Responsible for planning, support and operation of special project, ensure the success rate of project.
5. Responsible for refining organization structure and developing leadership; Promote performance improvement and management optimization. 
Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunication, computer science, electronics or relevant disciplines; 12+ years of working experience in multinational telecommunications companies, 5+ years or more experiences of management and marketing is necessary.
2. At least be accomplished in 2 or more products( GSM, UMTS, LTE, WiMAX, CDMA, Site Solution etc.), understand the technology development trends and growth curve of product and networks, familiar with competitors' strategy and product features, command knowledge of organization operation, bidding, commercial and business management, etc.
3. Familiar with international market operation model, Good understanding of global market, strong abilities of macroscopical analysis and strategic thinking.
4. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a strategic mind and the ability to manage.
5. Fluent in English; adapt to global business trip.
