Two senior-level RF engineering opportunities available for work based in Florida .
These are full-time employment opportunities for candidates eligible to work in the U.S. without a need for current or future sponsorship.
One position will focus on R&D, high-end solution, and implementation of drive-testing and OSS solutions. This position requires minimal travel.
The second position will involve technical sales support; client visits; preparation and execution of trials; and high-end post-sales support. This position will require heavy travel (>50%) throughout the U.S.
Both positions will require training in Sao Paulo, Brazil for two to three weeks upon acceptance of an offer. This training will cover tools and processes.
Requirements:
Experience with 2G/3G OSS and other performance monitoring systems, expert understanding of KPI/KQI, network optimization and SLA definitions and management. Experience in one or more vendor OSS equipment and solution such as Ericsson, NSN, Alu, and Huawei
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Preferences: Understanding of Drive Testing process, equipment, and data post-processing
Scripting and coding experience
Experience delivering technical training on technology, tools, or processes
Project management experience and certificates preferred
