Telecom Vacancy for RNP&RNO Engineer || Europe

Location: Eastern Europe 
Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 3 months (extendable) 


Requirements: 
• Familiar with 2G/3G RNP knowledge, 
• Capable of making the site survey report check 
• Make the nominal planning and detailed 2G/3G parameter planning 
• Familiar with 2G/3G RNO parameter and KPI optimization 
• Experience with 2G/3G optimization 
• Two years experience with 2G/3G DT log analysis 
• Can make trouble shooting work based on DT log files 
• Can make the recommendation or optimization suggestion to change antenna downtilt or bearing to inprove the RF KPI 
• Familiar with TEMS, ACTix software 
• Russian speaking is preferred but English is acceptable 
• Good GSM/UMTS theoretical knowledge and 3GPP protocol understanding 
• Good experience with UMTS/HSDPA network Planning and optimization 
• Familiar with Atoll/UNET tools to make the network simulation 
• Good customer communication techniques 
• Be capable to make the dimension/nominal design task for UMTS/HSDPA networks 
• At least three years UMTS/HSDPA radio network optimization experience 
• Familiar with UMTS network performance KPI structure and optimization method 
• Familiar with UMTS network parameter optimization 
• Good experience with UMTS DT log analysis and optimization suggestion
