Requirements:
• Should have extensive years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 years should be in UMTS NPI Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL)
• Experience optimizing network using statistics Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them
• Experience with live data KPIs and tools
• Business objects experience is preferred
• Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred) Past Leadership experience in at least 2 projects
