Telecom Vacancy: Senior GSM & LTE Optimization Engineer :: Europe

Location: Europe 
Start Date: July 2011 
End Date: 6 months 


Responsibilities: 
• Interface for regional customers 
• Maintain and improve relationship and satisfaction of customers 
• Support customers about all network performance aspects in swapped/rollout clusters 
• Perform Radio Planning and Optimization Tasks in the project 
• Clarify with customers about network performance issues in swapped/rollout clusters, help customers to quickly solve performance degradation or incidents 
• Negotiate with customers about cluster acceptance report (CAR) and push customers to approve 
• Knowledge transfer to local RNO employees 
• Assists the responsible NTS / RNO Manager 


Requirements: 
• Experience in GSM Radio Planning and Optimization, LTE experience preferred 
• Fluent German and English language skills (German speaking and writing is mandatory) 
• ALU equipment experience is appreciated 
• Good teamwork spirit 
• Good presentation skills 
• Good team organization skills 
• Motivation and flexibility 
• Willing to work in high pressure, fast-paced changing and multi-culture environment 
• Driving license
