Telecom Vacancy for Project Manager Support || Middle East

for 3 months renewable


Axir Consulting are looking for a Project Manager Support for 3 months renewable for the client in Middle East.
Start date : Mid of June 2011


The Project Manager Support will be in charge of supporting the Project Manager or General Project Manager during the execution of the Contract Live Cycle telecommunications network project, on the following domains:
Ø Project organisation (WBS) & cost structure (CBS)
Ø Risk management
Ø Time/Schedule management 
Ø Cost management
Ø Contract management and change management
Ø Claim management
Ø Sub-contract management
Ø Project Reporting
Ø Project Dashboard owner


Qualification:
Ø Master degree Technique - Science or business school
Ø At least 3 years experience in project management/contract management
Ø Certificate in Project Management (PMI or equivalent) will be appreciated 
Ø Experience in the field of telecommunication is a plus
Ø Knowledge in project finance
Ø Communication skills
Ø Team focus
Ø Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Power Point.
Ø English fluent (oral and written)
Ø French fluent (oral and written) appreciated
Ø Driving license compulsory


Location:
The Project Manager Support will be co-located within the project team in the country. Depending of the project location and the customer, the PMS mission can be located in any country over the Middle East and Africa region.
Organisation:
- Operational attachment to the GPM
- Functional attachment to the Cluster-PM
