Telecom Vacancy: 2G/2.5G Radio Network planning and optimization Engineer

Location: Sub Saharan Africa 
Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 3 months (possible extension) 


Requirements: 
• More than 3 years RF planning & optimization experience 
• More than 2 years GSM & GPRS experience 
• More than 1 year drive test experience 
• Experience in RF simulation tools, such as Atoll, Planet EV 
• Familiar with Nominal Planning, Site Surveys and Nominal Plan Validation, Validation of new sites 
• Familiar with Dimensioning (Capacity Planning)
