Tangent International are currently looking for a large number of Ericsson RND LTE Engineers for a global project to support USA remotely from Mexico.
You will be required in the USA for 3 months training where Tangent will provide a business visa and then an FM3 for working in Mexico.
This is an All inclusive rate so when you apply please let me know your monthly all inclusive rate in USD and availability so as to save time.
We require Engineers with the following experience -
At least 3+ years experience in Radio Planning and design, preferably in LTE , but WRAN and WiMAX will also be considered.
The general tasks of Radio Network Design are : Perform Radio Network Planning and Design . following activities such as:
· Link Budget
· Initial Radio Network Design
· Radio Network Acceptance Proposal
· Digital Map Review
· Propagation Model Optimisation
· Site Evaluation
· Final Radio Network Design
· Radio Parameters Definition
· Initial Tuning
Actively participating in customers' projects; perform radio network detail implementation design which incorporates all existing and new offered advance radio features and releases.
Participate in customer projects, handling radio network design and tuning scope, risks, changes and customer expectations.
Provide supports for new radio products and features trial and implementation
Analyse technical needs and the characteristic of the existing radio network and propose radio system improvement based on given and available Radio Network technical solution.
Provide technical support in customer discussions and respond to queries related to radio network design.
Provide technical guidelines and suggestions to customers.
Do presentations and participate in radio technical discussions with customers.
Continuously build and retain required competence and skills in accordance with radio technology roadmap to be able to deliver up to date required radio network design and consultancy services.
