Our client, a managed service provider, is looking for a Senior Network Support Engineer to support their small to medium sized clients.


The Senior Network Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the LAN/WAN, routing/switching, security, and VoIP infrastructure 


The ideal Senior Support Network Engineer must have: 
-Cisco routing/switching (72xx and 65xx series) 
-Routing protocol experience (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) 
-Firewall Support (ASA or Checkpoint) 
-Load Balancing (Cisco or F5) 
-VoIP (Call Manager, Unity, etc.) 
-A degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years 
-Cisco certifications are a plus (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) 
-Good communication/presentation 


Pluses would be: 
-Microsoft Server Experience (2003/2008) 
-Active Directory 
-Exchange (2003/2007/2010) 
-VMware 
-Juniper 


This person will be working a strict Monday-Friday 9-5 with on-call/weekend shifts every 6 weeks. The Senior Network Support Engineer must have in depth experience with Cisco products and preferably some security and VoIP.
