Vacancy: PMO Radio Network Planning Manager :: Europe

Location: Europe 
Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 6 months (extendable) 



Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for establishing, develop, maintain, report on and update the Nødnett Radio Network RNW Schedule relating to roll out activities 
• Work closely with Network Workstream Lead and develop the RNW Programme Schedule and have ongoing ownership of this plan 
• Identification and follow up of critical path in the project and identification of issues, uncertainties and risks which might influence the overall project plan, milestones and project finalisation date 
• Synchronise RNW planning activities with and drive the planning process internally and, where needed, in conjunction with sub suppliers 
• Prepare decision material regarding RNW roll out for project management/customer team 
• Owning and managing the Radio Network Project Schedule and track progress on a day-to-day basis 
• Tracking of progress on detailed plans within Radio Network rollout and customer plans 
• Ongoing synchronization of detailed plans with the Project’s Master Schedule 
• Manage synchronisation of multiple sub-Workstream schedules and conduct progress follow up meetings with both Workstream and other project managers 
• Ensure synchronization of Workstream schedule with the Programme’s Master Schedule 
• Identification and follow up of critical path in the project and identification of issues, uncertainties and risks which might influence the overall project plan, milestones and project finalisation date 
• Development of regular reporting on programme status, critical path and other analytics to relating to the overall plan 
• Provide ad-hoc input/presentations to project management/Customer Team on overall progress, risk/uncertainties and project plans 



Requirements: 
• MSc. BSc. (or equivalent experience) 
• Project Management experience (Prince 2 background) 
• Experienced use of planning tools (s.a. MS Project, Primavera) 
• Good knowledge of Corporate/Organizational structures and communication levels 
• Experience in team building/leadership/management 
• Experience in a similar position within IT/Telecom project 
• Experience in a similar position within Construction project
