Telecom Vacancy for Senior Quality Managers in South East Asia

Currently have 2 openings for Senior Quality Manager with our client in South East Asia. It is a permanent position. Europeans are very much preferred for this position.


Responsibility
1. Understand the corporation stratagem and service strategy. Understand macroscopical marketing environment. Customer Service Requirement and Competitor Service Strategy. Be familiar with the industry best practice. Constitute Quality Management Strategy and System for Project Delivery accordingly.
2. Responsible for quality culture and quality consciousness set up. Have the strong influence power especially for high level manager and business department.
3. Responsible for project quality management about engineering delivery. Ensure the delivery quality meet the customer requirement, including but not limited in quality management methodology exploitation and Practice. Quality management ability training and development. Quality Management IT Tools Planning .Development. Practice and Optimization. Major project quality monitoring. project quality site audit and assessment ,project quality data and problem management.
4. Responsible for customer satisfaction management in engineering quality delivery. Set up and keep in move in Customer satisfaction management methodology. Solve the problem in customer satisfaction and improve it.
5. Responsible for EHS management in delivery project. set up and keep in move in EHS management system. Improve the EHS management ability. Ensure the delivery project EHS meet the requirement of Customer.


Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years the large-scale project quality management experience in telecommunications
2. Familiar with quality management concepts, processes and methods; with practical experience in promoting
3. Good work initiative and sense of teamwork, good communication skills and ability to execute
4. Adapt to frequent overseas business travel and permanent overseas work.
5. English as working language; have overseas work experience is preferred.
