Scope of Work:
Onsite technical support NSN PS systemPerform SW and HW maintenance activities such as installation and system upgrade
Records information into support tools.
Participates in 24x7 emergency support activities (after onboard for 6 months)
PS Core deployment related tasks. Commission, integration, WT/CT.
SW upgrades, HW replacement, and system daily healty check.
Trouble shooting for ESS case, special event on site stand-by.
Major support on North region, but central and South may need sometimes.
Weekend support due to project CT or critical event.
Notebook could prepare by engineer, and configure by Local IT team
Requirements:
A degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Communication engineeringMin 2 years experience in Telcom field, including Unix or Switch or Firewall or Router or TCP/IP Admin. Advantage if CCNA or others certified. (Mandatory)
Min 2 years experience in Oracle DB Admin. (Optional)
Experience with Shell scripts and XML editing.
Flexibility in project work and good interpersonal skills
Customer Service attitude and understanding operator business
