Telecom Vacancy: 2G/3G Transmission Optimization Engineer || Middle East

Location: Middle East 
Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 3 months (extendable) 


Requirements: 
• Transmission design for short hall, long hall with Marconi and Ericsson equipment to optimize on design part the different design parameters for quality and availability 
• SOM for performance collection and analysis on the MW part 
• 2G statistics, OSS command, node counters to collect and analyze 2G data related to utilization on the different interfaces ABIS/ATER/Gb 
• Performance on the different interfaces 
• Signalling on the ABIS part and how to correlate with capacity and performance 
• Synchronization issues and what will be the recommendation 
• 3G statistics, OSS command, node counters to collect and analyze 3G data related to 
• utilization on the different interfaces Iub / Iur/ Iucs/ Iups and Iu 
• Performance on the different interfaces 
• Configuration check using Moshell for any inconsistency 
• The conclusion is that they need someone who can extract all data from OSS and use it to optimize their 2G/3G transmission networks
