Telecom Vacancy: Process Manager / Service Delivery || UK

Location: UK 
Start date: ASAP 
End date: 3-6 months

Job description:
• Taking the lead role and overall responsibility for process development into projects - may include a new project needing workflow mapping & agreeing or cover remedial action needed on existing projects where we have delivery problems - ie. reviewing a process in detail, understanding the context, suggesting and identifying problems areas, managing end to end solution / process changes and ensuring process is implemented. 
• Also required to take a lead role for business management team into new pieces of work to understand appropriate application of delivery models in terms of process , reporting and potentially system development requirements.


Requirements:
• Experienced technical Business Process & Delivery Analyst - experience should cover mapping and defining processes focusing around usage of tools & systems. 'Auditing' mentality focused on project delivery or recovery 
• Team lead / management experience 
• Should be able to demonstrate leading process development by defining business rules - an analytical thinker well connected to the business needs 
• Telecoms Network Roll-Out / Delivery experience a must as well as good experience working with user groups (Knowledge of mobile RAN networks) 
• Strong communication/ facilitation skills - ability to chair meetings / lead workshops on technical topics 
• Ability to transform problems into clear, concise suggested process solutions and document 
• Able to enter new projects and environments and quickly draw out objectives, identify potential process issues 
• Willing to spend some time on customer sites in the South East as and when needed and travel for meetings to different regional locations on an ad hoc basis as needed 
• May suit ex delivery manager / engineer or person with experience in non core IT project delivery teams - eg PSO, PMO, Project Support environment in support of roll-out projects or a business analyst with experience in network roll-out. 
• Experienced in Six Sigma methodology 
• Strong MS Visio, Powerpoint and Excel
