Telecom Job Vacancy: Reporting Specialist || UK

Start date: ASAP 
End date: 3-6 months 

Must be eligible to work in the UK 

Responsibilities: 
• Operational reporting and creation of standard and bespoke reports in agreed timeframe and to agreed standard 
• Drive Route Cause Analysis studies with subject experts to produce resolutions 
• Provides a professional and credible interface to customers 
• Ensure that all planning databases are consistent with and reflect daily completions 
• Enforce Data Integrity and investigate and identify what is causing the Data Integrity issues (processes, behaviour, tools etc) 
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that all planning databases are consitent with and reflect reality 
• Support other areas with technical support plus production, maintenance and communication of guidelines of best practice policy and procedure 
• Provide daily updates on current work, issues and constraints 
• Reporting and maintaining network KPIs and SLAs as required 

Requirements: 
• Attention to Details of key importance 
• Comfortable manipulating data and resolving complexity 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Has a logical/methodical approach to reporting and an analytical mind 
• Strong planning and organisation skills 
• Displays a high level of initiative and works proactively 
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
• Personal focus on continuous improvement and innovation 
• Willing to work extended and hours/weekends if required to undertake specific pieces of work, as agreed with maagher 
• Adept is use of Exel data analysis and comparison functionality 
• Has a good experience in a customer facing reporting role 
• Typically has a good amount of I&C experience (preferably for a Telecoms provider) 
• Experience of environment where RCA is required constantly and continuous improvement demanded 
• Must be able to work flexible hours
