• Prepare analysis of industry best practice in multi-vendor network optimization delivery;
• Study performance indices of vendors and prepare technical guidelines;
• Training and knowledge sharing with our engineers for multi-vendor project delivery;
• Represent us as a top level MV Technical expert to support biding and delivery projects, and as front line technical support in optimization projects.

Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related areas.
• More than 10 years experience of network optimization;
• At least 5 years experience of network optimization delivery, technical support or performance optimization technical research in the vendors;
• Excellent knowledge of BSS/RAN parameters, tools and service solutions.
• Extensive experience as a technical leader;
Skills requirements
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills including preparation and delivery of technical presentations for our clients
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Excellent skills in business relationship building.
• Willingness for international travel.
Location
This is a fulltime position at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden.
