Telecom Job Vacancy: Install Commission and Integration Manager || UK

Start date: ASAP 
End date: 6 months 



Must be eligible to work in UK 


Responsibilities: 
• Control and manage the delivery of Radio Delivery’s RF IC & I programme to meet business and RD’s targets ( 2G requirement for Capacity Upgrade Programmes) 
• Manage and develop the National Relationship with RF Vendors deliver targets in line with business and regional objectives 
• Assist the Delivery Manger is RF requirements across all programmes where required 
• To control and manage RF costs Vendors accounts and support the Re-use of kit Programme
• Inventory management and Liaison with Warehouse and Cornerstone 
• Management and production of departmental status reports to the Radio Delivery Manager, RD Compliance Manager, Regional Radio Manager 
• Liaise with the National Delivery Build, Comms teams and to deliver against National targets 
• Liaison with central teams functions to deliver business objectives 
• Capex and Opex Compliance for New and Re-Use Budgets 
• Installation Compliance to NSN’s requirements, Operations and Radio Delivery Compliance Team



Requirements: 
• Qualifications, which are essential to the role 
• Relevant experience, which is essential to the role 
• Minimum essential training for the job 
• Special features eg shiftworking, travel 
• Sound professional Project management skills 
• Sound Planning and control skills 
• Ability to utilise innovative and creative problem solving techniques 
• Ability to communicate clearly at all levels 
• Cellular network architecture principles 
• Good commercial awareness in dealing with external suppliers and bodies 
• Willingness to be flexible and manage change/move in line with company and industry requirements 
• Project management Techniques (Prince2 – APM) 
• Self motivation 
• Willingness to work in a flexible manner including long hours 
• Prepared to travel countrywide at short notice
