Telecom Job Vacancy for Project Manager - Delivery Telecoms in USA


Currently we have an Opening for Project Manager - Delivery Telecoms with our client in Virginia (USA).
It is a permanent position.
Client is looking from candidates from US and preferable who can speak Spanish Language.
Responsibility:
l Manage and monitor all the delivery projects of the accounts, guarantee that key delivery problems are solved, and be responsible for the achievement of delivery business goals (income, invoicing, ITO, and CPI).
l Prepare contract budgets, accurately transmit contract requirements to project delivery teams, effectively monitor the fulfillment of contracts by integrating and coordinate schedule, timely and accurately allocate resources, and control risks and promote problems-solving in the fulfillment of contracts.
l Evaluate feasibility and risk associated with delivering the proposed Technical and Service solution
l Manage and monitor the whole operation process of businesses from contract handover, order fulfillment, and invoicing to contract closure and ensure the fulfillment of contracts and achieve invoicing goals.
l Manage customers' expectations, enhance customer perception, and improve customer satisfaction by solving problems in the delivery process.
l Identify opportunities for Client to further develop their business and enhance the customer relationship
Requirement:
l Ten years or more experience in the communications or computer industry.
l Five years or more experience in customer-oriented project management or program management.
l Three years or more experience in managing project teams (more than 30people) in the industry.
Knowledge and skills:
l Capability of understanding the customers' requirements in the communications industry and communicating with the senior management of the customers.
l Successful experience in team management and basic capabilities required for leadership development.
l Successful experience in project management and capability to manage programs.
l Good capabilities of managing customer satisfaction during project delivery, knowledge of customer satisfaction management methods including customer expectation and perception management, and good customer communication skills.
l Good coordination skills, communication management, and capability of urging other people to solve problems.
l A skilled relationship builder both internally with stakeholders and with the customer.
l Good business understanding and able to link corporate objectives to Key Account goals
l Technology awareness is an advantage.
