Telecom Job Vacancy for Managed Services Due Diligence and Transition Project Manager

Currently there are openings for Managed Services Due Diligence and Transition Project Manager with our client in Norway.
It is a 3-6 months extendable contract position. Please find below the job description:

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Due Diligence phase of a Managed Services project to ensure that Huawei has a clear understanding of current operating procedures, ways of working.
Develop and implement operating procedures for service delivery platform for NOC , Back Office, Customer Support Centre according to ETOM and ITIL standards.
 Manage the Transition of Managed Services Delivery from current vendor to Huawei and ensure smooth handover by securing Operational Readiness
Interfacing and communication towards customer and ensuring project milestones are agreed and on target.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
At least five years work experience in Telecommunications industry. Familiar with O&M management mode of Telecom Operators and MS operations mode of telecom equipment. Candidates familiar with wireless network / Fixed O&M and possess practical network O&M management experiences.
Candidates with PMP, ITIL Certification and experience in eTOM framework are preferred.
Must have proven skills in leading teams in due diligence and transition of mobile or fixed networks, assuring transition to new solution and securing operational readiness.
Experience in Voice Core and IP Core ( STP / MGC / MGW )products a benefit
Knowledge in developing and implementing processes according to ETOM / ITIL for fault management, problem management, performance management etc. preferable
Fluent in English language (both written and oral)
