Responsibilities
1) SQM/SLA field solution planning and ideas, to understand the SQM and SLA Tier 1 customer requirements and problems, the concept solutions to meet customer needs.
2) SQM/SLA field of competitive analysis, understanding of the TMF and eTOM for SQM and SLA requirements, combined with development of network technology to provide the corresponding solutions.
3) Discuss with Tier 1 customers (operators) SQM solutions for the complete analysis of customer needs.
Qualifications required
Six years of SQM/SLA experience in the field, leading SQM projects with success, from well-known companies in the relevant experience, such as IBM, HP, Telcordia.
Capability requirement
In-depth understanding of SQM, with a large SQM system (500 KLOC), E2E system analysis, planning, design capacity;
Be familiar with the major carriers SQM system application;
Proficient in TMF's SQM/SLA system standards;
Good communication and interpersonal skills with customers, colleagues.
Education Requirements: University degree or higher.
